What comes after the pilot
- Phase 1b — Roll out all ~50 products (Jul–Dec 2026)
- Phase 2 — Graph layer (TypeDB/ArcadeDB) for capability graph and waste model
- Phase 3 — Semantics: define key entities (Customer, Product, Order) in LinkML
- Phase 4 — Portfolio governance with investment decisions based on measured value
